Post Basic BSc Nursing Eligibility
As an Indian student, to be eligible for a Post Basic BSc Nursing undergraduate course, you have to fulfil the following requirements:10+2 years of education with science (biology, chemistry, and physics) as the primary subjects
- Minimum cut-off marks in the common entrance exams (NEET) or
- Candidate must have passed GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) course after completing 10+2 Schooling (Science stream preferred in 10+2). The candidate should be a registered nurse and midwife with any State Nursing Registration council.
- Registered as a Nurse under any of the State Nursing Registration Councils
This course may appear to be a good substitute for a B.Sc in Nursing but the rigid entry requirements make it a tough nut to crack.
