Gyankosh Academy is a specialized WBJEE JEXPO coaching center in Kolkata. We have experienced teachers for the WBJEE exam. We have been providing joint entrance exams last 10 years in our Institution. We have a JEXPO coaching center in Howrah also. The polytechnic course is a job-oriented diploma course, and it has various streams in the technical sector. Polytechnic JEXPO coaching center selection is a vital decision for the students.
JEXPO stands for Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnic West Bengal and is conducted by the West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development (WB Polytechnic). JEXPO is a state-level examination conducted every year by the West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education. It is an entrance exam for admission to various undergraduate diploma courses in the field of Engineering, Technology, and Architecture in government and private Polytechnic colleges in West Bengal. The examination will be conducted for candidates seeking admission in various diploma programs of Government and Private colleges across the West Bengal state. The exam will be conducted for the candidate’s seeking admission in various polytechnic courses in the Engineering, Pharmacy, and Architecture fields. Once the entrance test is commenced, the conducting board will release the list of shortlisted candidates on its website.
JEXPO Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India and a permanent resident of West Bengal.
Age Limit: Candidates who have reached the age of 15 can apply. There is no upper age limit for JEXPO candidates.
Qualification: Candidates must have qualified 10th from a recognized university.
Marks: A minimum of 35% must be scored by the candidate in the 10th qualifying examination for applying for the entrance examination.
Subjects: Candidates are required to have passed the examination with subjects like Science and Mathematics.
Appearing: Appearing candidates in the class 10th examination can also apply for the examination.

JEXPO Application Form
- Candidates are able to submit the application form from 1st week of April through online mode.
- The application procedure will include certain steps such as exam registration, course selection, uploading documents, application verification, and registration fee payment.
- Candidates must fill out the WB Polytechnic application form very carefully as it can lead to forming dismissal.
- The details filled by candidates in the application form must be authentic any alteration in the details could cause rejection of the application form.
- Candidates must submit their application form before last week of June.
- Lastly, candidates must take a printout of the duly filled application form for future reference.

JEXPO Admit Card
JEXPO admit card will be released in the 1st week of July. The authority will issue the admit card to eligible candidates through online mode only. Registered candidates will have to bring their hall ticket to the examination hall, as no candidates will be allowed without an admit card. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards by entering their login details. The admit card will contain details like the candidate’s name, photograph, signature, venue of exam & other exam instructions.
JEXPO Result
JEXPO Results will be released from the last week of July 2023. Candidates will be able to see the result in the form of a merit list. Meanwhile, candidates need to enter their application number and password to check the exam scores/results. The result will be provided to students via online mode through the website. The authority will not provide the result through any offline mode. For further admission procedures, candidates are advised to take the printout of the result. Based on the merit list, the counseling process will be organized.
JEXPO Counselling
Candidates will be able to register themselves for the counselling procedure from the 1st week of August. JEXPO Counseling procedure will be conducted based on candidates’ rank in the merit list. The candidates have to register online to participate in the counseling. Candidates have to fill in their choices of colleges and courses according to their rank. Candidates are required to report to the allotted college with required documents and fees, after seat allotment.
For the document verification process, candidates have to bring their original documents along with their photocopies.
